Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

To cancel your order, please contact us at team@grayparrotclothing.com
with your order number.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for:
Wrong items received
Damaged or defective products
Size-related exchanges (if the product is unused and tags are intact)

Items must be:

Unused and in original packaging
Returned within 7 days of delivery
To initiate a return/exchange, email us at team@grayparrotclothing.com
 with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
